Melissa and Gavin McLeod were married on a warm late summer day at The Pine Log Plantation in Whiteville, NC. The ceremony took place outdoors and was witnessed by friends, family and a gorgeous chestnut horse grazing in the background. Their “Papa” stood before them and did the honor of marrying them making their ceremony as personalized and intimate as they come.
The wedding reception was held inside where perfectly placed rustic wedding decor accented the barns exposed beams and high ceilings. Dinner was naturally a delicious southern BBQ followed by a decadent four tier wedding cake made with love by the family.
Guests laughed as the couple played the infamous shoe game and despite the heat, when it was time to dance, they showed up on the dance floor! Regal Events DJ took requests from guests and watched the fun unfold.
