Country Barn Wedding

Covid-19 and social distancing were on the horizon but had not quite arrived on this perfect day in March at Wilkin’s Farm. Regardless, the most important people in their lives showed up to watch Ashley and Joey Spero marry beneath a wooden pergola with sprawling farm land and blue skies in the distance. The wedding ceremony was heartfelt and beautiful. It was clear how much the Bride and Groom were loved when their guests erupted in loud cheers as they were pronounced man and wife.

After the ceremony, cocktail hour was held outside on the patio where Regal Events DJ played the tunes and guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and drinks while they lounged on the stylish outdoor furniture.

Once the wedding pictures were complete, guests moved indoors and took their seats for the wedding party Introductions. The bridal party danced their way into the wedding reception with enthusiasm! Joey and Ashley came in last and received a standing ovation from their loved ones. They immediately went into their first dance as newlyweds.

Dinner was delicious and the wedding cake even tastier! As guests finished up their meals they were entertained by the newlyweds playing “The Shoe Game”. Laughter filled the barn as Ashley and Joey answered funny questions, back to back, asked by the wedding DJ. As dinner hour wrapped up, heartfelt toasts were given by the Best Man and Maid of Honor showing just how much this couple was truly meant for one another.

Regal Events DJ played a mix of dance music throughout the rest of the evening while family and friends danced and mingled on the property. A sparkler exit was held outside and then the Bride and Groom returned to the dance floor for one last surprise. As “The Time If My Life” was played, Ashley ran and leapt into Joey’s arms mimicking the iconic lift scene from Dirty Dancing.

Congratulations to Ashley and Joey Spero! We truly hope you continue to have the time of your lives in your new life together.
