A wooden arbor draped in white linens stood in front of a wooded area and became the place where Brooke and Brandon Nielens said “I Do”. Their beautiful ceremony was held at The Barn at Rock Creek in Leland, NC on a crisp March evening.
After the couple was hitched, guests gathered for cocktails and hor d'oeuvres beside the outdoor fireplace. Later, they entered the barn for the wedding reception where they welcomed the newlyweds in as Mister and Misses! Family and friends stuffed their bellies with a delightful dinner by Middle Of The Island Catering followed by a dessert of tasty white wedding cake frosted to perfection.
When the eating was done, the dancing begun! The spunky Bride, who loved to dance, convinced her Dad to do a surprise dance to “Dessert” by Dawin partway through their Father Daughter Dance. The crowd absolutely loved it and couldn’t wait to show off their own dance skills! It was evident that the handsome Groom’s dance lessons had payed off as he spun his Bride gracefully around the dance floor.
