Sierra and Chase Shantz chose to be married on a crisp and clear winter day in January. Their wedding was held at Saint Thomas Preservation Hall in historic downtown Wilmington, NC. The beautifully restored 1847 building was decorated to perfection with a very simple and elegant design. The couple’s wedding decor consisted of white florals and an abundance of greenery with gold accents throughout.
The sun shone that day but it was just cool enough for the Bride to wear a stunning lace long sleeved gown. The Bride and Groom said, “I do” in front of their very unique wedding arbor, a golden circle adorned with white roses and surrounded by the soft glow of candle light. There were cheers as they were presented to their friends and family by the officiant.
As guests enjoyed cocktail hour, the room was flipped and transformed into a stunning reception hall. The Wedding Party was introduced in by Regal Events DJ with enthusiasm! Guests watched the first dance and then enjoyed a delicious meal catered by City Club Of Wilmington. Shortly after the Wedding Cake that looked too beautiful to cut was indeed cut. Guests devoured the delicious dessert provided by Imaginary Cakes.
Once formalities and dinner were complete the wedding party and their guests were eager to dance the night away. Regal Events DJ mixed in the guests music requests flawlessly and the dance floor stayed packed! Sierra and Chase could be seen dancing, singing, and laughing with with the ones they loved most throughout the evening.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Shantz! May your life together be as classy, but more importantly, fun, as your wedding was!
